Refund policy

Simply Adulting™ products are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once a download has been delivered.

We will make it right if:

• a file will not open or download correctly
• you received the wrong file
• you were charged more than once for the same order

Email simplyadulting.jillmalone@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will send a working or corrected file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a full refund.

Printed workbooks are sold through Amazon, and Amazon’s return policy applies to those purchases.
